What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional organization, and your message. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

What we do with it

A contact form submission is emailed to the Foundation at info@utilicast.org and is read by the people who handle enquiries. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside the Foundation and its parent firm.

Spam protection

To stop automated submissions the form stores a digest of the sender email address in Azure Table Storage and rejects a burst of messages from that address. The digest is derived from the address, so the same sender maps to the same record for the rate-limit window. Enquiry mail still includes the name and address you typed.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when you load a page.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are retained by the hosting platform.

Changes

Changes to this policy are published here with a new date at the top. This site is under active development and this policy will be reviewed by counsel before the domain moves.
